My TL;DR is they're super sweet guys but save your money and break/lose your own stuff. To say some good real quick before detailing all of the problems. All of the guys they sent were extremely nice and great with my kids. That goes a long way for me. They also were accommodating in changing my move date last minute, although they weren't completely honest about charges associated with this.. I'll get in to that in a minute. On to everything else.
I wish there was a way to separate my experience w/ the actual movers from my experience w/ the administrative part of Muscled Up Movers. I’ll say this, the guys who came to do the move were amazing! They did such great job at moving all the items I needed moved to my new location. Very efficient, extremely professional and genuinely friendly nice people. So to Waddell, Gardel, Kris and Derrick, thank you gentlemen. Y’all were amazing and I wish I could rate you guys separately b/c I would give 10 out of 5 stars.
Broke items, would not reimburse Put furniture in wrong rooms. Left their trash all over garage. Overpriced, expect at least $500-1000 over estimate. Did horrible job. DO NOT USE. Would give O stars but won’t let you, If contact after move they will only send messages with what they won’t do. Had adudacity to ask me to pay movers, at discounted rate to put furniture and boxes in correct rooms. Had diagrams and maps for them as to where to put things. Used masking tape to close boxes .
I would not recommend this company. On moving day, they brought a small truck and couldn’t fit everything from the estimate, so I had to leave some items behind. The crew was slow and inexperienced—one worker was on their first day and didn’t even know how to handle a TV. Most importantly, my refrigerator, which I clearly asked them to be careful with, ended up with dents. If that happened to the most important item, I don’t even want to mention the rest.

They broke my 65” television and refused to reimburse me a dime for it. Management takes the word of his moving crew rather than the customer. Worst customer service for a 2-time customer who has paid this company thousands of dollars over the last 2 years! Go with another moving service, or you will regret it.
Big regret on hiring this company to move some items from the pod that was on driveway while we had the kitchen remodel. We now have dents on the fridge and quite some damage on walls and baseboard. $600 cost and just the word that is on the fine print damages can occur. Look elsewhere for your moving needs
Paul, We responded to your request the same day your wife called because you needed assistance unloading a POD you were unable to handle on your own and you loaded on your own When our team arrived, the contents inside the POD were already loaded without proper padding or protection.

They allow movers to work under the influence of unknown substances (and reeking of illegal drugs the second they entered my apartment), while barely able to stand up straight and fall while moving your items. Management was not well …

So this review will be slightly different than most, because (for a variety of reasons NOT related to Muscled Up Movers) in the end we cancelled our interstate move at the last minute. However, I want to call out how positive of an experience we had working with MUM from the beginning up through the cancellation process. We worked with Karla throughout, and from the beginning she was incredibly helpful and clear about the moving process, how cost estimates were determined, timelines, etc.
My Muscled Up Movers team were very professional, prompt, and respectful. They took great care with my furniture and my boxes. They valued my time and were very efficient. I would highly recommend Muscled Up Movers for anyone looking for someone to handle their moving needs. This was my first experience using Muscled Up Movers, and I was very pleased with the service they provided. I would definitely use them to move again.
