The day started 30 minutes late due to "truck problems" 2 movers (not the owner) showed up and started disassembly and moving what they could to the exterior. The truck arrived about an hour behind them. During the move, they noticably dented a nearly brand new refrigerator in our move. Rheese (the owner ) didn't offer any kind of discount, repair etc. and quite honestly didn't seem to want to even acknowledge the damage.
