I would not recommend this moving company to anybody! The moving truck showed up to my apartment late, before me they had a scheduled trip to go to New York City, but the driver did not want to go there because he did not have an EZ pass, so he came to my house with half a truck full of somebody else’s stuff, and spent almost 2 hours downstairs sorting thru that stuff to fit mine in the truck. When I’m paying you by the hour, you’re on my time, I’m not paying you to sort through somebody else’s things.

Worked with this company in 2018 and everything went flawless, so I ultimately decided to use them again for another move recently. The guys were nice but the attention to detail was just not there. Because of what I'd deem to be a language barrier they prematurely left my apartment before my entire apartment was empty and without me -- which ultimately made zero sense because they needed me to let them in at my new apartment location.

WORST MOVING COMPANY OUT THERE! Would never use this company again. When movers came to pack up my stuff they charged me a crazy amount for packing materials which wasnt made clear to me from the start and prices for materials should have been outlined ($100 a TV box... for a BOX! along with tape etc..). They were super unorganized, any time i did talk to them the quote had changed and dates were off. After they picked up my stuff, when i reached out with any questions, I never heard back.

THEY ARE THIEVES, VANDALISTS AND A PRESCRIPTION FOR A DISASTER. I read the warnings of not to use them but I was deceived by the GOOGLE GUARANTEE emblem. If you have a furniture that you wish to see how it's destroyed, then give those guys a call. I have PICTURES as a proof of their professionalism. 1 - Punctuality: When I first called them, I asked them about April 13th availability and I also asked about April 6th. Then I decided and made sure that I am clear that what I want was the 6th of April.

WORST COMPANY EVER!! I am going to start out by saying I never write reviews, but I am compelled to write a review for this company on here and any other site I can. I am embarrassed that I even have to give them a one star. All they have done to me is LIE and cause stress. This is by far the WORST COMPANY I have ever used in my entire life. After weeks of lying about when my shipment was actually loaded on the truck, I received my items 23 days after pick `up( from NY to FL).

The movers on time However, They stood around a lot doing nothing. You really need to read and reread this contract. In order to get a clear understanding! Otherwise you will regret it!!! No matter how busy you are. Stop and read!!! otherwise you might regret ever contacting these folks!!! so you wont get bamboozle paying lots of extra money at the end!!! My husband and I realized lots of things are broken after the fact including a cracked box spring and many things deeply scratched up.

Horrible experience they tried to be nice in front of you and they said one price and charged another price whatever they said for more steps so before you sign your paper be alert about the price cause they send you one bill statement and later they add more and send you another statement.very bad experience🙏🏻 …

This company will not stop calling me I have asked them over the course of a couple weeks to stop calling me I even told them I already moved . I told the guy on the phone I am going to call the BBB and make a review and he said “I can do whatever I want it don’t matter” so here is my review of bluebell moving
