Very negative experience in terms of professionalism and communication. While I appreciated the crew for their labor, several of my items were damaged throughout the process. My $400 office chair arm rest was completely snapped off and the movers tried to hide it by taping it together. My issue is that if they knew they broke it, it’s dishonest to not mention anything to me at all and act like nothing happened.
Sketchy business, send you the low quote, then delay the respond and hike up the price at the end. Saad - best customer service ever, constantly talking over the client.

I am very disappointed with this service and would not recommend to anyone. I had informed Great Moving preemptively that I had a power adjustable bed. They assured me that if I paid an additional $100 above the original quote, they would have a team arrive who was able to disassemble and reassemble the bed properly. Ok, fine, paid. Ultimately, one of the motors was broken during the move and I will have to replace the piece. Additionally, I found Dan to be incredibly unprofessional.

I used their service3 times in NYC. They are really professional, work as hard as they can to finish the moving in time, they are very careful with items and attentive to your need. If you hire them, you have nothing to worry. I highly recommend them, and they will be my mover next time.
