This company lost my moving boxes. They lost 5 of my boxes and wouldn’t help me find them or compensate me. They didn’t answer my emails or my calls. This company has been extremely frustrating to deal with.

Experience was great. Darryl and Damian communicated throughout the process, were on time, and made the install quick and precise.
Anthony, Derbent, Corey were the ultimate professionals, polite, kind, fast, strong and took great care with moving my mother’s items into her new home. I really could not ask for better. Zack and his logistics and support team were excellent. The items remained in storage for a while and BMS allowed for acess and retrieval of necessary items. Team BMS Thank You.
Damian and Jose arrived at the scheduled time. Damian was professional and asked what needed to be done and executed greatly. We are very pleased with their moving services and look forward to doing business with them again.
