In their own words
The vehicle was ready but not cleaned. They didn't give me all the requested items and only alerted me of one missing item and sent me to another store who didn't have it.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

The facility on Shug Jordan is always very clean, the parking and access to the lockers is very good and the people who work there are very friendly and polite. Great place to store your stuff.

This place is absolutely amazing. They keep it clean and sweep regularly! Also they notify you when there is a certain unit you want to rent out. The employees there are really kind and are always nice. They offer free cold water which is perfect for the hot weather and they strive for, and meet, the expectation of great and amazing customer service!!
Thank you so much for the great review. We certainly do try to accommodate everyone. We want to be the best around!!
Nancy in the front office is always so helpful and cheerful. My belongings, I feel, are safely kept at Sun Self Storage with their cameras and other security features. Also, love that it is a Uhaul truck location making it easy for moves.
Thank you so much. People like you, make the job so much fun. If there is ever anything else I can do, please never hesitate to let me know.
