Horrible and dishonest company. They lied about what materials they used and charged me an extra 240$ for them. I provided my own supplies and asked them multiple times to use them first, and they still didn’t. Poorly packed multiple items resulting in torn upholstery, broken lamp, mugs, etc. They stacked heavy furniture on top of boxes which resulted in some getting crushed. I hired a different company to unpack, and they commented on how unprofessional and bad the job was.

Showed up late, didn't bring the right materials and had to leave and go get it. Movers was slow like they was trying to drag it out and the packing was not that good. Wouldn't use them again.
Let me start by praising Kerry (spelling?) Harvis — that man worked. TLDR: Reserved help unloading two trucks a couple of weeks in advance-one easy job and one hard job. Company sent 3 men to easy job for ridiculous pay and 1 man to hard job for equally ridiculous pay. Will not be using your services again and will recommend others avoid the company. I needed help unloading two trucks on two different days. Both loads were booked on 22 April for the dates of 30 April and 11 May.

We had a frustrating experience with Wise Guys Moving. A person with management came to do a walkthrough of our home before the move and gave a very inaccurate estimate. Because of that, the company sent a truck that was too small to fit all of our belongings. The moving crew—who were all kind, professional, and hardworking—did their best, but they couldn’t fit everything due to poor planning on the company’s part.
I really want to give them 5* because scheduling was easy and accommodating and the actual movers were phenomenal! However, Danny promised on the front end that the quote was literally time-based, and we expected 2 men for 4 hours. Instead, they sent 5 men who completed it in 3 hours. The final total was was nearly THREE times the original quote. Even if we go by man hours (2x4=8 vs 5x3=15), the final price should have been no more than double.

I used this company and they damaged my furniture my headboard had a big crack on it they was just playing around wasting time not packaging things correctly. This just not a good moving company to get to move you.please be care by all those positive reviews, they are not a good company BE AWARE!!!

Excellent experience. They moved a 400 lb gun safe along with several large furniture items, and everything was handled professionally and carefully from start to finish. Communication was good, they showed up on time, worked efficiently, and nothing was damaged in the process. Their pricing was also very fair for the amount of work involved. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing movers in the Auburn/Opelika area.

Wise Guys were courteous, prompt and efficient in helping us with our move to our new home.
