In their own words
I recently used the storage services at Extra Space Storage, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The facility was clean, secure, climate controlled, and conveniently located. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone in need of reliable storage solutions.
Thank you for the review, Joshua! We pride ourselves on having a friendly, accommodating staff and are so happy they were able to assist you! If you need anything, do not hesitate to reach out at 888-storage.
Nicole went above and beyond to ensure I didnt over pay for space as I transition out of Extra Space. She was kind, responsive, and a great listener. When school lets out I will be sure to reach out to Nicole again
We are grateful for sharing this! Nicole's commitment to your needs is exactly what we strive for. We look forward to welcoming you back, Keyshawn!
The manager was SO HELPFUL and proactive after Ali had a billing issue and followed up with me promptly! She made the process very easy!
Thank you for sharing! We're glad the manager resolved Ali's billing issue promptly and made the process easy for you, Jen!
So, sigh , bigggggg sigh . I booked a storage unit back in March at 1412 Opelika (from the amazing reviews) so I thought, well we drove 6 hours to pack my daughter out for the summer. Im thinking everything should be easy. We'll we get to the storage at night , the ceiling is sagging (moldy) damage on the frame so rodents can get in.
We greatly appreciate your patience during the initial issues and Nicole's dedication to resolving them properly for you.
