Edited after clarification of storage from company. I’ve used multiple moving companies, and Two Men & A Truck has definitely been the worst. Our move was from a home in Montgomery to a home in Auburn with a week of storage in between. I was told my items would be in a movable storage unit and stored. But I digress, our items were scheduled to be delivered at 1pm after closing at noon. I get it, the weather was rain and cold. But that’s not an excuse to be two hours late. The vehicle showed up at 3pm.

I do not recommend these Movers. Bad experience with slow packing and boxes half full many items left at the house that were supposed to be loaded on the truck that I had to make several trips back and load myself. This move was very very expensive. Boxes and packing material are also very expensive The company charges p e r man for every hour over the estimated hours so be aware if your Packers are slow it will cost you a whole lot more money Almost $8,000 for a 1 hour trip three bedroom two bath home.

Leaving a poor review because I recommended this company for a friend who needed a move from a storage unit and short trip to apartment around the block. Appointment was for Saturday at 5 est. She received a call to say they had a cancellation and would she take 11:15 est. She agreed readily but got a text message to change back to orginal time. Okay that still works but nobody showed up or answered calls why aren't you here. Late Saturday night call back saying that they will come Sunday morning at 10:00 est....

Gave us a reasonable quote after walking through our residence. Our hot tub was never mentioned as a problem. I told them we were taking it with us. On the day of the move I am informed they don’t move hot tubs. So I sent them away and called Pink Zebra movers, they are delighted to move all of my stuff. I do not recommend Two Men and a Truck. They are not up to the task. Amateurs.

The movers in the field were kind and hardworking. However, the office didn’t communicate clearly and prepare the guys for the day. This inter-office error wound up costing me time and additional money. I strongly encourage finding someone else for your move.

I would not recommend this service. I had them move some basic furniture (bed, dresser, couch, etc) 5 houses down and the estimate was $500. I had no other options so decided to use them- they forgot to move a dresser which i had to remind …

I moved a 2BR apartment from Prattville, AL to a house in Florence, AL on July 30th and 31st. I highly recommend this company. The booking process was easy and professional. They explained the bill line by line and sent email forms, too. I put down a deposit with a credit card over the phone. They called to confirm the appointment a few days before the move. On pickup day, the crew showed up on time. I packed my own boxes.
