Good evening Ms. Duncan. We moved you back in March 10th of 2022 so it has been well over a year and can't seem to understand why you are just now writing this review. We have been in business for over 10 years now and have never been accused of stealing any property from our customers.
Used this company to help us move locally. Great crew and they worked really hard. I compensated them off the top as one should do for great service. Why 3 stars? Contacted the company (Irving in particular) and mentioned the guys might have accidentally taken our broom as they used it to clean the truck post-move. Not a big deal at all as I bought another one (and mentioned to Irving as such) - just that Irving did not respond to my emails after the move. Weird thing to not respond to a customer, tbh.
*Update: There was a miscommunication with in our office and it turns out that we did not follow up with the email nor did we contact you after your move. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We contacted you today to resolve this matter. … More
BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT use Bobadilla's moving company. The movers stole my wedding ring that I had over 24 years and 4 of my husband's watches. These items were in places that they should not have touched. Also, we were promised 4 movers, one left after a few hours and the total move time was 5 hours over estimated. Irvin, the manager, acted like I was making this up and did not believe me. He said he trusted his guys - one of whom was wearing an prison system ankle monitor.

Do not use this moving company !!!! Worst experience ever . They did not properly wrap or pack anything as we hired them to do so. The lack of care and professionalism was shocking . We were packing Pods to go into storage and they put two full sized freezers full of food into the units after me telling them not to . The list goes on at how terribly things were packed Luckily I noticed . They had to come back out to unpack them and were rude and treated me like it was my fault .

From the very beginning, the experience was smooth and professional. Irving made the initial consultation clear, helpful, and made the whole process easy to understan.Allan, the crew leader, reached out before arrival, and the team showed up right on time. I only had to give directions once, they handled everything efficiently and with great care nothing was damaged. The entire crew was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with.

My wife's family has used Bobadilla's Moving for years, and after this weekend, I completely understand why. They helped us move in 95 degree heat, and the crew worked hard for a full 8 hours straight without ever losing their energy, professionalism, or good attitude. They handled every box and piece of furniture with care, stayed organized the whole time, and pushed through brutal heat to make sure the job got done right.

All is can say is WOW!! This was a GREAT experience!! Luis, Eliseo and Rolando were the best! The guys were VERY experienced, friendly and fast. They were careful to pack and wrap things.
