In their own words
Unfortunately, I have very little positive to say about Bolt. We hired them in December of 2022 to move us from Birmingham to Huntsville. We were quoted $2,500 for the move. In total, we paid over $5,000. During the move, they somehow inflicted the damage as follows. Our refrigerator was dropped off Bolt’s moving truck and damaged beyond repair, requiring a replacement.
We cannot find you in our client data base and we do not have any of these damages reported. Seems as though you used another company? We're always here to make things right. Please give us a call if you feel we're in error. [phone removed]
Booked a move with them. Called to get my mother in law to get payment info. She tried to call and pay….. they were already on the phone booking someone else. I could see if it took me a long time….. but I even have in text where he says he sold my booking 30 seconds after we hung up. Absolutely unprofessional. Do not recommend
The worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Canceled our move Friday night at 6:30 pm for a Saturday 8 am appointment. My entire family was packed and in boxes. I was left without any options or concern by Bolt Movers. Do not use this company.

Mr. Likhit, it was our pleasure to serve you! Thank you for the kind words.
Stop your search here! Bolt Movers is by far the most professional moving company I have come across. From the contact from the office on the phone to the moving team coming to my home, there was impeccable communication and professionalism. Baylor and Christian were kind, professional, and careful with our belongings. Working through the hot day with a smile on their face. They even seemed HAPPY to rearrange items in our new home when we needed them moved to another room.
Bolt is unbelievable! From the first phone call with Amanda to the completion of my move, I couldn't possibly have been more pleased. Aiden, John and Thomas were outstanding. Bravo to Bolt for hiring them and to their parents for raising such great young men. I will gladly recommend Bolt to anyone making a move. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!
Best in the biz! Competitive pricing, very professional. Fast move. Not a single scratch on either home's wall and our furniture and belongings were handled with utmost care. Friendly staff and great office to work with from start to finish. I will never move with anyone else except Bolt here in the SE. Cheers fellas.
Hi Brandon, Thank you for such an outstanding review! We’re so glad our team delivered a professional, efficient, and careful moving experience from start to finish. Hearing that everything went smoothly, from the office support to the moving crew, means a lot to us.
