This is horrible, my storage room is such a mess everything is thrown all over the place. Iโve hired movers in the past to move my belongings into a storage and they organize very well and everything neat. This on the other hand is a mess they have no clue what they are doing. Professionals do not organize a storage like this at all.
My fiancee and I used Born to Move to move locally in RI. We were promised local movers, but on the day of our move, the movers were over an hour late due to the fact they were coming from East Boston (we were the first customers that morning). When they finally arrived, they were shocked to discover there was another stop (my fiancรฉes apartment) after mine, telling me their supervisor never mentioned that.
The movers where great. My Aunt paid for my move and the owner charged her a credit card fee and overcharged for the move. Needless to say, I won't be using them again because of the way they charged.
When they called originally they gave me one price. The day of, the price was higher. They said they would discount it if I gave them a good Google review. Financially set me back during the time.

I had a fantastic experience with the crew. They showed up right on time, assessed the rooms quickly, and got straight to work. I was amazed at how efficiently they wrapped and loaded everythingโthey were absolute machines but still treated my belongings with great care. The unloading process at the new place was just as smooth. Nothing was damaged, scraped, or misplaced. Moving is usually incredibly stressful, but these guys made it look easy and finished ahead of schedule.
I recently moved locally within Boston, this is the second time Iโve hired Born to Move. I highly recommend them, they are very reasonable & responsive (I place a high premium on responsiveness!). Everyone from Alex & Tony when I set up the move, to Fiona & Terry for questions, to Eugene & Ilya who handled the move. They were fantastic! Very professional, friendly, careful, asked questions as needed (vs assuming anything), helped set things up in my new place.
Used Born to Move to go from Boston to Providence and they were incredible. Very quick, thoughtful, and thorough movers. They were very communicative and we couldnโt have done this move without them. Extremely reasonable rate and it includes all the supplies they bring, which is plenty! Would recommend them to anyone.
I have been subcontracting movers for over four years, and this was by far the most incredible experience I've ever had. Three young menโNixon, Oscar, and Miguelโcame to hoist two extremely large and very heavy pieces of furniture over a second-story balcony. They completed the job quickly, efficiently, and without any damage. Aside from a minor hiccup with the truck, everything went smoothly. Nixon, Oscar, and Miguel deserve a medal for their strength, professionalism, skill, and teamwork.
