Terrible terrible service!! If there was an option for 0 stars or less believe me, it would be be rated so. Very unprofessional, rude, brash, dishonest and lack of responsibility. From start to finish the experience was a nightmare. They will hold your items hostage after loading and demand cash after telling you in the beginning that they take credit card. Movers are careless and extremely rude. People in the office are even worse to deal with.

Nice movers pleasant but, super slow. Luck of the draw. They were lost for a short while…. We do pay by the hour. I purchased a mattress cover from them, they took it? Recycle or Reuse? They were able to schedule a very small move quickly. Thanks for that! No boxes. $781.00. At end of this move I was so confused on what I owed after talking to multiple people that I did dispute a one hundred dollar charge for ONE DAY. They were paid the very next day.

Not happy at all with how this company handled my move!!! They moved my family into a 4 bedroom house. Prior to the move, when they were setting things up, they were great! They were incredibly responsive, they informed me of everything I needed to do, everything was great! Until they moved me in. The movers were horrible! They were nice guys, but they were not very careful at all with our furniture. With heavier items they didn't use any type of body moving straps to make it easier to move the furniture.

Terrible experience. Disclaimer...the 2 movers themselves were great. The company itself will hit you with extra charges and threaten to hold your property hostage until you pay. As soon as they emptied my house and we're on the way to the 2nd location...I got a phone call and they demanded to be paid in full with an additional $500 on top for 'overages'... If I didnt pay they weren't going to give me my property. Lucky for me I had the cash on me.

So we booked a day before our move , put down $100 over the phone and was told there was a $75 fee for next day move request added on, the rest was to be paid in person. Total for move $567 with $100 already down. Time starts when they arrive & start moving furniture. Next day : When I arrive the truck is there I’m thinking great ! They call to say they want to charge $500 for “ just in case overtime fee” that was not mentioned the day before. So instead of $537 it’s now $1,037.

Don’t use these movers! I hired them for a regular move and they broke a loved statue and shattered my 65 inch flat screen television. The workers told me about the statue but not the television. The workers reported the statue being broken to the company and took pics. The only other instruction they gave me was to touch base with the company to file a claim. A couple of weeks later I went to set up my tv and it was shattered. I reported this to the company and sent the requested pics.

Terrible delivery service company that Home Depot should be ashamed to use for local delivery. Company didn't meet the delivery service window they provided then called end of day to say they weren't coming after our personal schedules …

To anyone lookong to schedule with them beaware they are scamers. They just ripped us off, charging us with over $8,000 after guetting quoted $2000. We clearly mentioned we are a 5 bedroom household. …

I would 100% recommend Correira Brothers for your moving needs! Booking was seamless, and I had Marco and Miguel help with my move. They arrived right on time, were incredibly friendly, and moved everything quickly and efficiently—even with me moving from a second-floor apartment to a third-floor apartment! Moving as a single lady can be challenging, and they were such a huge help. They were kind, professional, and made the entire process feel simple and stress-free.
