So I’m gonna start by saying this. This isn’t an attack on the company or slander to the company this is just awareness to potential customers. Move date 7/12 South Minneapolis-Inver Grove Heights. This is my second time using Bosley movers to help me move. Their prices are great and the workers are fast. I will not knock that! I appreciate them a lot for waiting for my new place leasing office to open so I can get my keys,thank you. Yall deserved that $50 tip.
This is totally false I tried reaching out but you didn't respond. We do insure tvs but not when a customer calls 2 days later to say there's something wrong with tv. Insurance does not cover something we dont know what happened in those 2 … More
I moved just yesterday and hired Bosley for my move. They arrived late, out of the timeframe provided which wasted more than half my day waiting for and chasing them. Then they were NOT wearing masks! Unbelievable! You are putting other people's lives at risk by not following basic safety protocol. What kind of business would do that! I had to wipe every piece of furniture after they left. Had to leave windows open in this cold weather to let fresh air in.

I wish I could give them 2 1/2 stars... very disappointed by the movers we had. My mom and sister used this company last summer and they did a reputable job. Unfortunately, this time we used them to move my mom, my sister, my brother in law, my brother, my daughter and myself and they did our stuff janky! They only wrapped certain items when last time they wrapped several appropriate items. My couch is badly nicked, my bed headboard is messed up... my dining chair is torn! Like really?!

Had a good experience the first two times I used this service. The most recent time was horrible. I scheduled movers to be at the property around 10am and was contacted by the owner that they were running behind, which happens. However, I was told they would be around by no later than 2pm. They did not arrive until 3:20pm or so. Tony was unpleasant and unprofessional. He complained the entire time he worked. He was agitated and short with me.
You should get a no star rating. Your 2 movers was smoking prior to delivery to my new place . Now my apartment smells horrible like smoke. Im allergic 🤧! Talking to Shawn the doesn't help! Please i dont use this company at all!!! FYI I didn't notice the smoke till after the move. First review was wrong to sum up anything.

Arranged a last minute local move with incredible ease. Great communication and follow-up confirmations informing me of what to expect and timings. They were exactly on time with the one hour advance notice of arrival and arrived on time. Loaded furniture and boxes quickly and carefully. Moved to 3rd floor apartment, no elevator, and were quick and careful once again. Entire move accomplished in less time than anticipated and below quote. Could not have asked for anything more.

We used Bosley Movers for my Mom’s move. We searched around with no luck until we called and Shawn was on top of it from the second he answered our call. Very polite and got us scheduled with little notice. Tyler and Nate were just as great! They came early, and took great care moving all her stuff. Very professional and courteous. Also, the price was very reasonable, much more affordable than other companies. We would definitely recommend Bosley to anyone looking for a moving company!!
