This place offered a 24$ unit first 3 months 6$, but they dont mention you need 30$+ for protection of your unit. I paid my 26$ bill it said I onLy owe 37$ some odd cents, but my bill is suddenly at 62$!! Don't go here with a promo cause they dont adhere to it. I got my unit in December and so far I paid 48$ some odd cents. 26$ but somehow owe 62$ makes no sense i am very disappointed.

Watch out when first renting with their promotional discounts. If you rent at the end of the calendar month, a full month’s discount will be eaten up for the few days remaining in the month and it will NOT be prorated to your actual third month of the lease.

I get that it's cold outside but employees Parking inside and effectively blocking the exit if anyone uses the last 10 or so garages. Will update review if corrected.

NO BATHROOM DURING NON OFFICE HOURS!! I love Storage Mart and thier cleanliness. Very well managed and taken care of. I have used this company for a few different moves. But be warned if you have to use the bathroom when the office is closed you will be out of Luck. It is 2:45 during the day and they lock the bathroom when they are not here. I have a big haul truck half unloaded I had to leave unattended to go to a store to use the bathroom.

Climate controlled year around is great. Give good promotional prices to get you in but won’t offer any deals for longer term tenants. Exit door seems to break a lot. And they started locking customers out of the bathroom. Apparently the manager doesn’t want to clean the bathroom anymore.
