Theresa in the office is great. She is friendly and helpful. Facility is clean. Only down side is you can get your unit on Sunday and pay for it but you have to wait to get the code until Monday. Not the end of the world but just informational purposes.

I rented a Budget truck from them recently for my move and had a billing issue with Budget. I cannot say enough GOOD things about Teresa at Park Street Storage and how she went above and beyond to help me with this matter! She was AMAZING! Excellent service at some of the best rates available!!! Everyone was easy to deal with, the units and spaces were clean and well-managed, and they did all this while staying informative without being pushy or spamming my email or phone.
