Used this moving company recently and originally gave them a good review which they requested the same day after payment. Did not realize all the damage done as we started to unpack. WE HAD THEM DO THE COMPLETE PACKING THE DAY BEFORE OUR MOVE. The damage ranged from liquid cleaners dumped into boxes which caused leaks, broken lamp shades stacked and shoved into boxes on top of each other, scratches on picture frames and antique clocks, tread mill had been walked on by several people with boot prints all over it.

I would never recommend this company to anyone!! They actually moved me twice and in between all my stuff was stored in there storage unit where it was suppose to be in a secure unit ? I have so much of my stuff missing or stolen. Which i cant afford to replace. Never again!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I hired them to move me to my new house. They took my deposit then refused to move me on the day I had booked. They decided that they would give their team a day off. Even though I had booked my move long before this. They refused to return my deposit. The woman I spoke with seemed to be doing everything possible to be as unhelpful as possible. I had to spend a lot of extra money and moved myself with just help from my brother.

I called once before and spoke with a guy and asked for a flat rate, sure no problem he says. Just spoke with a lady, no we don't do flat rates for local move. Make up your mind, do you or don't you?? I told her that I would find someone that could help me and she hangs up on me. Customer service at its best. A company that doesn't need Business. I trusted them to move my stuff while I was away from home and came back to realize personal belongings were stolen. Materials were thrown around with no care. I do not recommend not do I trust.

I don't know how good they are, but their prices are very high compared to comparable local movers. The add-ons at check in are quite high, as well.

The movers were excellent. They moved us out of our old place and into our new home quickly and efficiently. They took the time to ensure all items were placed exactly where we requested and handled everything with care. They were great at navigating challenging areas of the house and maneuvering large furniture through tight spaces. We would definitely use their services again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.

Using Bradford moving was the best decision we made! Luisa and Daniela were prompt and extremely helpful organizing the details before our move. We moved out of our house, stored everything for one night and moved into our new house the next day. Both move teams were on time, quick, polite, friendly and careful with our belongings. We could not be more pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend their services!
