We had scheduled both the movers and the elevator for 1 PM. At 11 AM, they called to inform us they would be two hours late. To avoid losing our elevator booking, we had to rush to find a last-minute mover. Their last-minute change of plans made our moving day incredibly stressful.
Hi Maryam, I am sorry and I do apologies for your experience and frustration. I do remember that day and it was me personally calling you to check if there is any possibility to reschedule elevator for a later time slot.
Worst customer service ever. Gave us time frame to come at 3- 5 pm. Guys showed up at 9 pm. Very unprofessional. Price was discussed before and when the movers came they wasted more time to call their “boss” to come and look at the furniture again for the price.

Honestly not a good moving company at all. I don't know even where to begin. First of all they don't speak English. Which you can't communicate with them at all . Second of all, they are very unorganized. They filled a truck load with half the bedroom furniture at the other house and half of it on the truck . Therefore , When they were assembling the furniture in the new house they couldn't even finish assembling it because they didn't have all the pieces and furniture with them .
We sincerely apologize for any negative impression this review may have caused. Upon reviewing our records, we have no documentation of a service or order for you from April 2023, indicating that we did not perform a move for you.
Their truck and ramp is currently blocking access to my building's front doors for people with disabilities of which there are multiple in the building. They need better training with regards to accessibility. No staff present to help in case someone needs to get by on very cold temperatures.

Hands down the BEST moving company. They went above and beyond from first communication to final move. Mira was extremely communicative with us from first quote to final confirmation and was very helpful when we had questions. Anatoli and Vlad showed up on time and very respectful. They communicated with me during loading and unloading ensuring everything was good. A friend who was helping out on the day of the move remarked how amazing the team was and how they wrapped EVERYTHING!

I was in a desperate situation after my movers bailed on me half way thru the move 😫 I called a couple of movers that were familiar but they were either busy or not answering. My prayers were answered when I called Zeus moving as they did have a couple of guys willing to do it but I had to wait till 5pm... That didn't matter as long as they showed up....And they did on time and were able to pack half the furniture and fixtures left behind into an extended van with ease (to my surprise and delight Lol) They worked…

Over the years we have moved several times and I must say that ZEUS MOVING SERVICES are the very BEST! At the beginning of the process we interviewed several different companies and we were most impressed with Zeus Moving Services. We found their rates to be highly competitive. The amazing team made up of Denis, Yaroslav, Andrey and one more, showed up in 3 trucks, on time and ready to tackle the huge task at hand.
