This company is completely unprofessional. I booked a pickup from Brampton to Scarborough for a one-bedroom set, and they quoted me $230. They assured me that the delivery would be made between 6-8 PM. I called multiple times throughout the day to confirm, and they kept repeating the same thing. By 7:30 PM, I called again to check if they were still coming. They told me their driver had gotten sick, but in the background, I could hear people laughing and chatting.

Updated on Oct 11, 2021: WOULD NO LONGER RECOMMEND. I hired Mohit to help pick up and deliver a double-sink vanity from a location 2 hours away. He agreed to do it for $400 one week before the pick-up date. The night before the pick-up date, he said it’ll be too heavy and asked for $450. I was not happy and after some back and forth, he finally agreed to $400 again and would pick up the vanity at 1pm.
Hello J, We respect our customers and employees. If one of our teammate got injured while on job, we get them what is required and we informed as well as sent proofs as pictures to you. We could have done this job on very next day if you had agreed.
The movers were too slow, considering the fact they charged bases on time, they charged me $900 to move some boxes, one mattress, 3 dressers, two chairs and a toddler crib (photo included)! I asked the receipt for reimbursement but they ignored my request. I don't recommend them at all!

I can’t say enough good things about the amazing service we received from this moving and packing team! What truly stood out was their dedication—even though the service lift was not working, they still completed the job for us. And, to top it off, they didn’t even charge anything extra for it. They worked tirelessly for about 10 hours, going above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. Since we have a one-month-old daughter, we weren’t able to be there to supervise the move.

2nd Review - After our last experience with Jass we decided to use the same company after more than a year. This time two fantastic gents came to do the move Rahul & Balraj.
