These guys held all my stuff hostage and didn’t give it back until I paid them what they were asking for which was double what they quoted me. The owner is extremely disrespectful

I recently moved with Shark Moving Services, and Alex and Bilal were absolutely awesome! They showed up right on time, super friendly, and ready to go. They worked quickly but carefully — everything was wrapped up nicely, and not a single thing got damaged. Both Alex and Bilal had such great attitudes the whole time, even when carrying the heavy stuff. They made the whole move so much easier and way less stressful than I expected. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and care about doing a good job.
Thank you for the great feedback! We’re so pleased to hear our team made your moving experience easy and enjoyable. Thanks again for your trust and the recommendation!
We hired Shark for our in town move. They arrived on time and they did not damage any of our belongings. They took extra care so there was no damage to the house. The crew did not take breaks or go slowly. This company insists on wrapping everything and taking time to do things the right way so that nothing gets broken. They charge by the hour. With this company it may take a bit longer than you're are expecting.
Thank you, Hope! We truly appreciate your honest feedback and it helps us grow and improve as a business dedicated to providing excellent care to its clients :) We hope we get a chance to help out with your move again!
I just finished using Shark Moving service. The guys that came to move my stuff were Azamat, George, and Kosta. Firstly they were very prompt and super friendly. They communicated with me every step of the way. I had run out of boxes for many items and Kosta would jokingly reply “don’t worry we’ll shrink wrap it.” George had a great personality and had a solution to everything. Azamat was very friendly and a work horse just like his colleagues.
Wow! What a fantastic feedback:) Thank you so much Will for your amazing review! We're happy to hear that Azamat, George, and Kosta made your move seamless and stress-free:) Your kind words about their teamwork, friendliness, and efficiency really mean the world to us.

I really appreciated the proactive communication and follow-ups, which made the whole process feel organized and stress-free.
