This was my third relocation across the country and my worst experience by far. Communication was terrible, disrespectful and misleading. James is extremely unprofessional and incompetent about his own systems. My final bill was significantly higher than my quote and several items were so damaged I had to throw them away. When I asked about the procedure to submit a claim for the damages and I was told there was no such thing.
Sorry for the bad experience Lori Schramek. Please give us a call or email so we can ensure you are properly taken care of, because your business and satisfaction is important to us.
Going to have to give this company one star unfortunately. We went through the process of getting a quote, had someone from the company come out to our house and everything. They told us we'd have our quote in two days - we got it in a week, and only after we had to call twice to remind them. When we then asked to have our quote reevaluated without the packing services, we were ignored repeatedly.
Sorry to hear about this disheartening experience, though our records show that your revised estimates were sent out. But we understand the choice to move forward with another company. Sorry things didn't work out. But this review is not based on services rendered.
Very unprofessional experience. The movers were inconsiderate, sloppy, and showed a complete lack of respect for the property. As a business owner, I was especially disappointed in how this was handled. The crew leader, as a woman, was extremely rude and unprofessional, which set the tone for the entire job. There was little regard for maintaining a clean or orderly workspace. After the move, my property was left in unacceptable condition.

James and his crews, both in MD and in FL were much better than expected. They set the standard for other movers. They were very proactive and friendly. Their packing materials were exemplary and high quality. They were professional, on time and very hard working. The team was very proactive and quickly organized the work to be done. The loading of the truck was professional and they were careful to not damage our stuff. The delivery could not have been better.

I’ve used Brandy Bradshaw Gets You Moving twice now, and both times they’ve been fantastic! The team was professional, efficient, and handled all of my belongings with great care.
