This was the worst moving company. They damaged and broke so much of my furniture. They scratched the floor at my new place.. They left items behind.and returned to get them in a Honda accord not a moving van or moving truck. The kitchen table didn’t fit. They dropped the drawers out into the road while trying to shove it in and laughed. They left several boxes and pieces of furniture behind and I had to call for additional help moving.

We recently used U relax DMV movers to move a 4 bedroom homes contents. Management was very attentive before the move and it was decided we needed 2 trucks and 5 movers. The day of the move the movers arrived with a pull behind trailer and we were told a second truck would soon follow. The home items were slowly packaged ( paying per hour) and loaded into the trailer.

This company tried to scam MY business by pretending to be google to “reinstate my business page”. They wanted me to send them $500?! i was instantly suspicious so my husband called the number on his phone and asked if they were a moving …

Scheduled a move time with the company. Had to push back the time but they said it was fine. Then the day before the scheduled move they texted confirming the date and time then said “you can find someone else”.

I needed to move my two bed apartment to a new house across Baltimore, and I needed someone to do the packing. They sent a team of 4 and they worked so well together. I didn’t realize how much stuff I had packed into that apartment, but they got it all taken care of in 9 hours, and that includes the hour commute to the other place! They even put my bed back together before they left, which was sweet since I would have had trouble moving the mattress by myself.

Ronaldo and his team were the best! They came on time and unloaded our truck efficiently and very thoroughly. I give them the highest possible recommendation. It was a hard move and they made it easy for us. Couldn’t recommend them more highly! They helped us move to Charlottesville, VA far from our home in New Mexico and were great!
