I am saddened that I have to leave this negative review, but I feel obligated to warn others. I like to support local businesses, but this experience was a complete nightmare. Jasper came out ahead of time to assess the size of the move and give a quote. The price was very competitive, and he assured me that he could handle the amount of furniture that we had.
I was very disappointed in Jasper’s customer service. I sent an email asking as if there was availability for June 27, 2021(I asked two times), he replied that there was availability and an invoice would be emailed for the service. After days of packing preparing for my move, I realize I never received an invoice. I contacted the company on today June 22, 2021 and I spoke with with the owner Jasper Hunter.
Sorry about the miscommunication but we close one day a week on sundays god bless you.

This moving company was very unprofessional... in the beginning they were cool until it was time to put the bed together. However, I was able to book at the last minute.. They originally started to drop the bed off and keep it moving,,the mover got very frustrated when it was time to assemble the bed which made me feel very uncomfortable..He was huffing and puffing the whole time.. If your a mover you should furniture would need to be assembled..

Do not do business with this person! Businesses, staff and customers do not trust him! He's hours late or never shows up at all! He lies to businesses, hired help, and customers to get what he wants - never delivering on contracts, commitments, or promises.

They handled everything quickly and efficiently, making what could have been a stressful day completely hassle-free. Jasper and his co-worker moved about a dozen household items that were too big for one person to move…but wouldn’t take financial responsibility for damages incurred during the move. Very disappointing. ***Just received and apology and financial compensation for damages. Thanks Jasper!!!
Completed job successfully. Mr. Jasper was nice and professional. Coordinated prior to the move so he had an idea of what size transportation to use. Set a cost in the beginning and stayed with that price. Would recommend his mover service.
Impeccable service and communication! Very appreciative of the company's ability to accomodate my last minute request. Movers handled items with care and were efficient. The owner is very personable and flexible. Highly reccomend.
