Avoid Bravo Moving at All Costs I hired Bravo Moving for a cross-country move and it was the worst decision I could have made. • Poor communication: I had to chase them down for updates. They canceled my move at the last minute with no apology and constantly failed to follow through on promised callbacks. • Delays: They promised delivery within 30 days. I didn’t get my belongings for over two months. Each time I called, I was met with rudeness and vague excuses about not having a truck available.
They have had my entire shipment in STORAGE for 3 weeks, they have lied to me on 3 separate occasions, they SUCK STAY AWAY. I’m not paying for storage I’m paying them to do a long distance move and they’re just holding onto my stuff instead of doing the job they’re being paid to do. Just use a U-HAUL because this company doesn’t care about their customers. Just another money grabbing company that thinks they can do whatever they want. Do not recommend.

Absolutely Horrible. STAY AWAY. They lied to me. Broke my things and tried to force me to sign a bill way higher than my fixed rate for just a few items. Charged my card for higher amount without my consent while I was on the phone with their “manager” who basically did nothing but make the situation worse. Then proceeded to run my card multiple times even though they already took money out of it. Showed up 7 hours late. Moving my items was only 17 min drive away.
As a wife, mother and a reasonable human being, I strongly urge you to use a different moving company. We had a simple request, assist our family as we make a cross country move. Get our furniture from one place to the other in one piece and in a timely manner. And be honorable with your quotes and your service providers. I can assure you none of this happened. Missing and broken furniture. "Mob-style" tactics forcing our hand to pay more in order to get our furniture.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. When you move you expect some issues, but you also expect the company to be accountable for their mistakes. Bravo did none of this things! They managed to not loose some of our furniture but also lied about it for weeks saying it was never on the truck. They also ended up mixing our furniture with another customer, delivering someone’s dining set to us along with chairs and they had no clue they made the mistake. I could go on but you get the picture.

We had a short inter-building move. Bravo sent out two guys. They were here early. They were very nice. We booked the minimum three hours and they got the job done in four, which given the amount of stuff we had was very impressive. The guys worked hard and communicated well. Our 10 year old was around the whole time and they were mindful and respectful of her. They hauled our furniture off for us. I think there was a small fee, but the booking agent had let me know in advance and it was worth it.
Bravo Moving was great! They did a local move of my 4 bedroom home with ease and efficiency. The crew was respectful, friendly and above all worked as a team! Furniture was wrapped and loaded on the truck with great care; disassembled and re-assembled quickly and correctly. I would use Bravo again and refer to family and friends.

Anthony Thurman arrived on time and ready to get at it. He was professional, courteous and treated me and my belongings with the utmost respect. He managed his helpers to the same expectations. He certainly went above and beyond to alleviate all my stress.
Anthony Thurman and his helper did an amazing job starting off with the pickup from Dallas, Texas and ending in Maryland with the delivery of my stuff worth the equivalent of 4 bedrooms. Everything was in tact and the setting up was good. I appreciate Anthony and his helper for this 5-star services. I would always go for them.
