I recently hired Brookwood Moving for my relocation, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the movers themselves were polite, their performance left much to be desired. Firstly, they arrived with only one dolly, which significantly slowed down the process. They seemed to move one piece of furniture at a time, and despite being paid by the hour, their pace was extremely sluggish. My boyfriend, younger sister, and I ended up moving more items and in larger quantities than they did.
We did a Load/Unload 5th floor apartment with elevator, about a 100 yard walk and several auto locking/closing doors gates along the way, Atlanta to Alpharetta in 5 hours including the drive during rush hour in between. That's very efficient.
Nice polite movers!!! Recommended by PODS. Left several messages to unload our PODS but they never called back after leaving several messages. waited and waited for a phone call. Unprofessional company.. Had to find someone else in a hurry!
We are a small local company, and do not have a secretary answering phones. So if we are extremely busy, and everyone is on a job working the best way to get a hold of us is via email. It says that in the voicemail.
Actually, you’re incorrect. when we spoke over the phone talking about numbers you told me that you provide the service of disassembling and reassembling so I’m not sure how you reassembling my bed was a courtesy?? Regardless the damage is done. I attached a picture of the bed you reassembled!

These guys showed up on time, were polite, and efficient. I paid a fair price for an excellent service can’t recommend enough.
Chris and his crew were amazing. They packed two of our PODS on two separate occasions and did a great job. We were pretty concerned about getting everything in, but they were able to organize and pack everything neatly to maximize all the space of the POD. Every thing fit in the end! Definitely felt like they were taking care of our stuff and home during the move. Nothing was broken or damaged. Communication was great… showed up on time… no issues at all. Would definitely use them again or recommend to a friend.
I just moved into a brand new home and wanted to find someone who would move my items with care as not to damage the floors or walls. The crew was very professional, showed up on time and were very careful moving things in! They also took time to help set up beds and other furniture. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or price. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them if you are needing to move. You can stop looking now, just give them a call. 5 STAR!! Moving is one of the most stressful experiences and has the potential to ruin so many aspects of your life if done horribly. After tons of research, many quotes from top rated moving companies, I chose Brookwood for my move. For context our old house was about 2,200 sqft, 3 levels, 3B/3BA and the crew at Brookwood did a phenomenal job. They are very calculated with how they pack your belongings and very fast! It took them under 5 hours for the full move.
