Waited a week to do this to see if they would reach out but they did not. Scheduled a move and was very specific that I had heavy gun vaults and would need a lift gate truck and pallet jack. Showed up with neither. They sent a truck later in the day to load them which caused delays in the move. Next, they broke a piece of furniture and tried to hide it. When I noticed he admitted it and said I’d have to file a claim. I filed a claim and they haven’t responded in a week. Lastly.

Please be careful with this company i did not pay for one month and they would not give me the opportunity to pay for the month with late fee after ten days. The owner would not budge and took my things after i had paid for two years straight of being a loyal customer. So not only did i pay my storage they stole my things. Please me careful with the new policy of taking your items after ten days of nonrepayment.

I was not satisfied with their services because of the below - - Firstly they were scheduled to visit us first thing in the morning, but when we received a call from them a day before they said we are second in line for the scheduled day. On the day of the move they call us at 3 pm asking us if we are still expecting them to come, which we were obvious. It was just because that they took long in their earlier assignments for the day so they didn't consider us as priority.

Professional ethics says a lot. When your people milk the time, working slow, etc...it tells so much about them, your company and it's future. Somebody needs to open their eyes to this type of conduct. We chose you from word of mouth, but they didn't tell us about the REAL. Let's be real, word of mouth builds or....you finish this sentence. 3 1/2 hrs to do a hour and 1/2 (possibly 2) to load and unload? Not cool!

This company is a joke. They email you what it’s going to cost you and they charge your card for a different amount $200 more to be exact. My move was under the 2 hrs and they charged me for two other stuff, which it doesn’t explain for what. When you try calling them for an explanation, they don’t answer or return your calls. I definitely won’t be using or recommending them.

We just moved with Brothers. To begin the process we had a zoom call to discuss a rough estimate for packing based on a walk around the house. The final bill for packing ended up being more than double this rough estimate. If it had been 10% - 40% off we'd understand but >100% off is misleading. Buyer beware. I will say the actual movers were pleasant and hard-working.

Many of our items were damaged. Plus a wall was damaged during move in. They crew that was sent way extremely slow. We were told by the crew supervise we would no be charged for the extra time because of the difficulty he has with his crew. However, we were charged double the amount!

Where do I even start? They will more than double the estimate they give you! They will lose all the hardware to all your furniture, the washer and dryer connection pieces, and their customer service is the worse! Do not use them!
