I wish I could give this company zero stars. About a month ago (12/4/24) we contacted BMC to move our belongings (a small two bedroom apartment) from a PODS container to a house only 15 minutes away and we were given a quote of almost $900. We were in need of the help and they were available next day so unfortunately we agreed. No contract was signed, which should have been the first red flag.

This company was the biggest rip off of any I've used. Was quited $300/hour and after 3 hours was told I owed $1,650....I also have several items missing including my checks. I have reported them to the BBB and my bank has a dispute against them. I suggest that NO ONE use this company ever!!! You know what they say about Karma...

Our experience with this moving company was horrible. First, we encountered them sitting in the basement wasting their time to just chat and not move anything. Also, when it was time to move into the storage unit, they starting throwing things on top. While being paid to take things and put things apart in a timely fashion, they did the opposite of that. It took them almost 7 hours to move things that we ended up just telling them to leave things taken apart because we were so exhausted.
I'm not sure what happened with the company I got but it certainly was NOT what is written in these reviews. The moving team was nice enough but it was a disaster. Total chaos on moving day, things just pitched in boxes with no care, placed …
We appreciate all feedback, but we want to set the record straight for anyone reading. This review was written by the customer’s daughter — our actual client and contract holder was her mother, for a move into storage. This move was from weeks ago and the daughter was very pleased with our service.
Multiple items broken, called to speak with someone to reconcile and no response. Broke addressed trim off, a drawer of another dresser, my chair and my daughter’s lamp. 0/10 recommend

Ambrose and Jacob were amazing! Ambrose was incredibly helpful on the phone, making sure everything was confirmed and scheduled. He communicated efficiently and promptly throughout the entire process. This is the best moving company if you want your belongings moved safely, carefully, and efficiently. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the team was professional, friendly, and reliable. I would absolutely use them again in the future if needed. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Brother's Moving Company because from their reviews I was confident that they would do a great job & they did! 😊 Ambrose is very professional great communicator & friendly. We were impressed how careful they were when moving our furniture. He has a great team that works well together. They wrapped our furniture big screen TV & other items. They were extremely careful & making sure they put things where we asked them too.
This is my second time moving as I just bought a house and Ambrose, Jay, Gus & Jacob made the move super simple! They came early, moved all my things from storage and into the house. They were very efficient and timely and they genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs, laughing and joking along the way. I will always recommend them to others who are looking for an affordable, efficient and reliable job! Thank you for making such a stress day a little less stressful!

No damage, no messing around, just straight to work and got it done. Super respectful, easy to deal with, and you can tell they know what they’re doing.
