I'm beside myself at how horrible this turned out. All of my stuff is broken. All of it. Every request or order I gave for how items should be specifically packed on the truck was ignored and resulted in nearly all of my stuff being ruined. …
Should have been a dump run instead of loading it into a U-Haul truck.
I can't even put into words how bad of a job they did. I think that even a toddler would agree that when moving a dresser, TV stand or anything else with drawers, it makes sense to put the drawers back in place for transport. 2 dresser drawers and one TV stand drawer were put in random places. When we asked for nothing to be put in the "Mom's attic" portion of the Uhaul, I think this is a fairly easy request to fulfill. Rather than doing that, the heaviest boxes, clearly labeled "BOOKS - HEAVY" were put there.
Never had any dealings whatsoever with this person, just internet trolling for their friends Kayla. Lol, wow!
