Horrible experience showed up late took over 1 hour to move and load a piano. Employ a young boy in training and not a mover. Barely fit all our items in truck. At 7pm and not yet done we said shut it down. My house had tons of wall and paint damage: they make you pay before they leave and no invoice ever provided. The owner kept disappearing and staff was pissed in the end as it was represented as only a few hours for the move. They’re terrible…damaged my piano and scratched up my garage door.
The guys were nice and were available to us when we needed. The reason why I'm rating a 2 is because there was no contract and no formal listing of expenses as well as the extra expenses (hooking things up, etc). I got home and noticed almost all my furniture from day 1 move had scuff marks, dings, etc. and 4 peices so far (still unpacking) total are broken/ruined. When I mentioned one of my favorites was ruined, I was told it was my fault cause I didn't specify protecting.
DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! They will purposely take their time to accumulate your bill. They take constant brakes in between each item. They come unprepared and blame their boss. And they charge you the 30 minutes they use for a lunch break!
Customer had a 30 x 30 storage with the equivalent of a four bedroom house inside. My workers move them from Fresno to Madera gave them a five star quality moving experience nothing broken nothing damaged,They wanted 90% of the furniture placed upstairs in the new home then assembled Everything for…
I confirmed appointment the night before. I called 30 minutes after scheduled appointment only to find out they cancelled. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!

It’s simple, you won’t find a better mover. Punctual, polite and efficient. The men took exceptional care with my furniture. Wrapped it carefully and put it place all for a reasonable price.
Had to get an antique mahogany piano moved from Visalia to Fresno at the last minute and Mike was AMAZING from start to finish! He was very responsive and was reasonably priced. AND took great care with this family heirloom! Thanks SO much Mike for your help moving my family piano! 😁👍
What a turn around! What started out as a rough experience was made right! Moving day was on a Tuesday, which was hard for my family since I had to work. That left my husband with our 8 month old son trying to help move. Moving is stressful enough already, but having to do it with a baby is tough! Long story short for move day, we didn't get done. There was a lot left behind that we would have paid more time for these guys to complete. I got off work at 8PM and was overwhelmed by what still needed to be done.
We’ve moved six times in the last twelve years (yes, really), so when I say Budget Movers and Haulers were the best, I truly mean it. From start to finish, they were quick, efficient, professional, and somehow still managed to be genuinely fun to be around—which is saying a lot during a move. They worked with care, stayed on task, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. The team was friendly, easygoing, and just awesome people to be around.
