In their own words
Very disappointed. When they came to move me they were friendly, but they left a ton of packed boxes behind. I had a jar with about $300 worth of quarters go missing as well as one of my swords from a decorative samurai sword set. They broke an antique pie plate that was my Grandmother's and the back legs on a small rolling island cabinet. I also found that they stacked a very heavy box of cookbooks on top a clearly labeled box of Wedgewood China.
Hi Anna, We understand how important it is to ensure a smooth and stress-free moving experience, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations. We appreciate your feedback and want to address the concerns you raised in your review.
Unprofessional, if it goes wrong it goes really wrong. Response to owner: Not surprised someone else is leaving you poor reviews, this has nothing to do with anybody else, don't rope my review into your fabrication of lies. Your attempts to tread on the first amendment are disgusting, good luck finding an attorney to sue a customer for a negative google review that contains no Defamation, Libel, or Slander. Be a better business or go out of business.
Dear John, We value our customers and strive to provide the best possible moving experience. However, we have reviewed our records and cannot find any record of a move associated with your name.
Our experience with Olympic movers was Disappointing. Warren and everyone at the office was very friendly to get our business And the rest is a nightmare After the move My husband went out To the storage And the Mini storage was only half full The rest they had placed in our garage My husband had secured the doors and left Today my husband took me out to show me all of this space That was in the storage That's when he notice everything had been moved around After comparing the pictures to the storage there were…
We completed services for Linda Bianchini as she requested. Linda did not go to the unload of her belongings into Derrel's Mini Storage as required telling our men that "she wasn't worried about it, because we have great reviews online".
Absolutely disgusting company. Omar acts like he’s a hench men and acts tough to females. Regina the front office women likes to threaten “take me to court” when their company is in the wrong not knowing the legal process they just entitled themselves to. Hopefully you’ll learn after this.

The company refused to provide a quote without a last name. Please be aware that the moving companies are selling your personal information. Especially when they are so eager to get it even before scheduling services
Hi Julie, I want to assure you as a locally owned and operated provider of quality moving services in Fresno county for over 15 years we do NOT sell any of our clients information. California law requires us to obtain basic moving information to provide a binding estimate.

In their own words
We have moved several times through the years and Olympic Movers has been the best. Our experience began with Regina who cheerily and efficiently organized our dates and boxes needed. After receiving our estimate, Russ Larsen, the owner, came once more to finalize measurements so our “personally priceless” artwork and mirrors would be packaged well and arrive safely. On moving day, under the leadership of Omar and two professional associates, Noe and Vincent, our move began.

I can't think of a reason why someone would give this company anything less than a 5 star review! We are usually DIY movers, but with COVID 19 and not being able to get help from friends and family, we jumped into getting movers. And wow, we won't be going back to DIY! These guys did excellent work, worked so fast, great value for everything you get, and totally professional and friendly service! Loved working with this company! Thank you Olympic! Will be recommending you to anyone who is looking for movers!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Olympic Movers for my relocation, and I must say that it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Their use of specialized equipment, attention to detail, and professionalism truly set them apart from other moving companies. From the moment they arrived, the team from Olympic Movers demonstrated their expertise by efficiently using dollies and furniture sliders to handle my heavy and delicate items.
