BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT HIRE!!! NOT HONEST PPL!!! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They broke my furniture and left without putting my front door back on leaving my main house open and broke my entertainment center it was brand new, they didn’t say anythg about it!! They hid it in the back behind stuff so I wouldn’t find it until past the 24 hours and then had other people pull up outside when they doubled the price until it was paid… how unprofessional we were quoted 900-12 and charged me like 1900 maybe more for a two…

We were told an estimate of 750 to 800 dollars for three in a half hours we thought this was a good deal. She also told me and my husband if it goes past the three in a half hours the charge would be 145 additional. We understood this. We'll the movers came they looked as if they were confused talked the first 20 minutes while wrapping the products. It took them 30 mins to get one sectional couch out of the house and until my husband came and told them they needed to get moving they did.

This was an average experience at best. While the movers did complete the job, there were several issues that made the overall process disappointing. The pace was noticeably slow, and communication was challenging at times, which made coordination more difficult than it should have been. At the start of the move, I was asked to move my truck even though it wasn’t blocking access.

We had to move 3 desk, 4 cabinets, six shelves ,1 chest, a mini fridge and an elliptical . They sent 3 movers who stood around watching 1 guy work and tried to extort us for extra money to move one large (but light) chest. Their guys stood around for three hours, moving very little. It ended up costing us TWO TIMES the estimate. If all three guys have been working, they should have been done within three hours maximum. I called the owner. Told her my concerns.
Very unprofessional charged way more than estimated. They damage my fairly new reclining sofa. They didn’t have equipment to help them move furniture which makes them take longer so they can charge more. Looking at other reviews on here that say great things a lot of them are from the company itself, including the owner. His name is on the licensing for the company, which is public record. Do your research before booking with this company! Save yourself the headache.

Very fast and efficient. Took directions very well. No damage to any furniture or the house. They were great to ask where things go. They even moved my washer and dryer up 2 sets of stairs (i could never). I highly recommend them. Also, the price is unbeatable. I was quoted way more at other places. But their price was extremely manageable and relieved financial stress during the move process.

First let me say that we had a good experience with Pack and Go Movers. Although they underestimated the time it would take to move us they gave us a cap and didn’t charge us for the additional time.
