In their own words
Unprofessional. Stole deposit. Violated contract. I hired BMS the day before an unexpected move for a very large, heavy steel antique safe. I provided a description, photos, and dimensions. Per our conversation via phone and text (and the company’s website), safes were a common move for them. I explained to Nick (the mover) that although the antique safe was on wheels, we would absolutely need a truck with a lift gate not only for safety but to even get the safe on the truck. I communicated this by phone and text.
Mr. Roffman, We have respectfully asked the movers (Nick & Dee) to pass this along to me and my team to overlook the situation as he is just a mover and does not deal with making decisions regarding refunds.
Would not hire this company they are not a company that is upfront they charge you for services they don’t provide and try and have you pay and don’t give you clear information would never hire them if you know what I know
Thanks for your input Tavares Belcher. We want to make contact with you to discuss this matter you’re speaking of since we’re unsure of the situation you’re speaking on; However we’re not able to find your information anywhere in our CRM database.
Done trust they will take your money and then don’t communicate after they get your money you have to run them down absolute no from me
Ms. Bennett — Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, and that your experience wasn’t up to standards, but this review doesn’t reflect how Budget Moving Services operates in the slightest.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Used Budget Moving for a simple and small move from our house into our storage unit Dacula, Georgia for a simple relocation, and their services were great! Every box was packed up and labeled, perfectly and carefully organized inside the unit so we knew what was where based on specific colors, and the fact that their pricing was as affordable as it was was the cherry on top!! They were about $400 less than TwoMenAndATruck all for the same services… and Budget Movers were Great!!
Thank you for choosing Budget Moving Services in Dacula, GA! We’re glad our movers delivered affordable, organized, and professional relocation services for your storage move. Our team works hard to provide careful packing, clear labeling, and efficient service every time.
We used Budget Moving's full-service moving and packing for our household move in Forsyth County for our move from Cumming, Georgia to Sugar Hill, Georgia—and were blown away at the level of detail and quality of care to everything, especially our grandfather clock and other antique and vintage and fragile furniture. They packed everything up for us, from the garage tools to the gourmet kitchen, and built custom crates for a marble tabletop and a collection of model ships.
Thank you for trusting Budget Moving Services for your Cumming to Sugar Hill move! Our Forsyth County movers take pride in providing full-service packing, crating, and local moving throughout North Georgia.
Really loved how Budget moving has “personalized moving services” specifically tailored to meet each individuals needs + expectations. Great moving company to work with. The owner was heavily involved with the move, was very responsive to emails, calls, and texts. The team was able to accept MULTIPLE revisions to the household goods inventory list, up to the day before we moved (with some price changes when larger furniture items were added, but that is to be expected and they were very transparent about it & gave…
Thanks Mr. Williams for following back up with us regarding your moving and packing services. we’re glad that we provided you a personalized and transparent experience for the relocation of your business office that made everything simple and stress-free!
Nick and Budget Moving Services turned my nightmare move into a blessing.
