Update as of March 2019...New weekend staff member Monique is a BIG improvement over the guy they previously had for weekends and holidays. She is very pleasant and easy to work with. 😂 She is also knowledge about the work there and diligent in her duties, based on what I observed on a recent visit. Good choice for a replacement person for weekends! 😊 But they still need to extend their hours. Not convenient for a lot of people, especially those who work shifts,extended hours, etc.

Leslie from Budget Self Storage is knowledgable, kind, welcoming, and always went above and beyond to help. I always felt like the stuff I had in storage was safer becasue she was there. Budget may have provided the storage space but Leslie provided the security. Kudos to Budget for having great staff!

There are 10,000 of these places all offering the same thing and the only thing that sets these places apart from each other is the quality of the staff and the staff. Here especially Leslie are A++ all the way above and beyond service. I don't know what they pay this woman but it's not enough
