After having two great moves with Mayflower, I recommend that my elderly parents hire them for their cross country move. My apology to my parents as the move provided by the Buehler moving company was a disaster. First of all, their receptionist at the warehouse on Broadway is rude and unprofessional both in person and over the phone. The lead mover (Bruce) and crew did not cover floors or walls or furniture and were rude to my mother several times.
Our goal is to provide an excellent moving experience for all our customers. We're very disappointed that you were dissatisfied with your move. We'll be reviewing your feedback with all parties involved to demonstrate what we could've done better.
My spouse had a shipment from this company( I’m military as well so my things were apart of this shipment) and the communication and attitudes from the workers were horrible. A man by the name of Pete told us that he set up our shipment date, but a day before the shipment date, we were informed that it wasn’t on the schedule.

The experience started off well. The coordinator sent a gentleman to walk through my house ahead of time and do an estimate, which made me feel confident about what I was getting into by booking Buehler Moving of New Mexico. Unfortunately, this confidence was unwarranted. I had some friends unexpectedly chip in some sweat and help me move a good deal of my stuff the day before. When the movers arrived (3 men, as agreed) at 9am, I explained this and they said no problem and we were on our way.
We sincerely regret to hear that your recent experience was anything less than exceptional. Like many service-based businesses, movers have a standard minimum of hours, drive time, and costs that are required. Your feedback is appreciated and has been shared with management for further review.
When we started the moving process the first assessor that came to our house assured us multiple times that these were professional crews and it would be a “world-class” service. At best it was “New Mexico” class but it was anything but professional. The entire process was chaos, with no one on their crew having a clue what was going on. We were told on Day 1 they would arrive at noon, and they showed up at 8am.

Do not use this company. I have sent multiple emails to the owner about how dissatisfied I am with their service and he has not bothered to return any of them. It took over a week to get my things. They were packed into a create and shipped who knows were (my move was only about 400 miles). When I got my boxes they were smashed and multiple things were broken. I have moved myself multiple times in my life and have never broken anything.

The experience was disappointing. The crew left grease on the carpet and tile. Items that were supposed to stay in the house were packed. They labeled all the furniture as "dirty/soiled," even though my furniture is new. Additionally, they didn't show us these comments when we signed the inventory list. Luckily my husband took pictures prior to packing to document the condition of everything

I've never used these guys before but we're getting new neighbors and they blocked our driveway twice was rude to my mom who was nice and when she called to complain the lady who picked up couldn't care less

The fact that this team traveled from another state to support their company and help with our pack and load was nothing short of amazing—and it showed in the quality and dedication of their work. Justin Apodaca and Crew #5 delivered my household goods to me after the items had been in storage from a military move for about 6 months. They arrived on time and his crew worked hard to get all of my furniture and household goods positioned within the house to my satisfaction and his guys had the strength to get a ridiculously heavy bedroom set up my spiral staircase with no damage to the walls or my furniture.
