The 2 guys that moved us were very nice and got the job done but they did damage my flooring with the couch. A report was written up and submitted to Danny, the owner. After 3-4 calls leaving messages to Danny (1 month of no return calls) Danny finally showed up to look at the damage and he said he’d contact the company that installed the flooring. Fast forward to now 3 months, still nothing. Again more multiple calls, the lady that answers the phone gave me lie after lie and still Danny has not called back.

Danny, the sales rep never answers his phone. Movers came unprepared to move a one bedroom apartment. Upon arrival, movers complained to me about the size of my refrigerator. After discussing lamps and art (I told Danny I had art, I did fail to mention two lamps) with movers I called Danny to help me rectify the issue of packing lamps/art he naturally didn't answer his phone. I did eventually receive a call back from Danny after I canceled the move.

Scotty and his crew took great care of moving my mother's things from an upstairs apartment to a downstairs apartment. The guys were courteous gentlemen that had a great attitude towards their work and a great sense of humor along the way with all the heavy furniture they had to carry up and down the stairs... highly recommend these guys to anyone having to move, they are rock stars!

Burris Transfer and Storage provided excellent moving services for us. Their staff was very professional and meticulous in moving our possessions. The movers were VERY GOOD! Each of the guys were very courteous, very professional!!! The guys had Alices "stuff" completely packed within a few hours. All upholstered furniture was wrapped with saran wrap to protect against varmints away. These guys were GREAT!
