In their own words
This company is TOTALLY A WASTE OF MONEY!!! DO NOT USE!! I was fraud by the previous 5-star reviews. I should have realized that the ratings being all 5-star are suspicious!! Wish I could give negative rating here!!! Our treadmill got ruined because of their awful packing service. We showed the evidence that the damage was caused by the packing service rather than transportation or unloading, because the center of the mat was severely scratched.

I really really wanted to give a good review on this company. I heard so many good things about them, and had a great experience leading up to our actual move. Seriously the two different people I spoke up leading to the move in date were fantastic. When our 2 guys moving showed up 15 minutes earlier then I thought they would, I thought wow this is going to be simple!

Absolutely awful! Unbelievable the worst service I have ever had! Hired them to move furniture from my house to redo my floors. They put my washer back without the trey or the hoses connected correctly. The dryer vent was left undone as well. The washer leaked and ruined my new floors! I’m holding this company 200% accountable! Horrible movers!

We gave them a five star while they were here . Then realized that quite a bit of stuff had been mixed in on purpose and not put where it was clearly labeled to be put. My husband had two broken ribs and I had a herniated disc in my back . Called to let the owner know and have never received a call back.
Kris could please email me at [email removed] we would gladly get those boxes moved for you. Unfortunately we don’t have a Kris Reese in our system and therefore we don’t have your contact information. We would love to make you a raving fan if you give us the chance.

Fantastic group of guys professional kind, considerate when above, and beyond helped us in every way, we asked I don't have anything bad to say at all! They moved some equipment that was twice as heavy as a ground piano and did it excellent we had to take some things apart they were very patient and very helpful.
The two guys that came out and unloaded my 26' truck did an awesome job. They unloaded that truck faster than it took the first two guys to load it. Jonathan and Ron were very polite and respectful. I was very very happy with these two gentlemen they were great guys.
