I wondered if my refund would arrive before Google asked me about this place. And it hasn't, so I have quite a bit to say. These guys are the worst! And I've had some bad experiences before! They assured me I'd have 24 hr access. Because I needed to move my things to storage that very night. They understood at the counter and promised my code would get me in. When I got back with a 26 foot U-Haul full of my things, my code didn't open their gate.

MILITARY FRIENDLY! We rented a small unit to hold a few boxes for a couple months and we loved our experience. The application process was quick and painless and the 24/7 gate access was useful in allowing us to come and go as we needed. Customer service was always on point to help us in the right direction. I would definitely come back!

I couldn't be happier with my experience. From day one, the staff has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. The facility is always clean, secure, and well-lit, giving me peace of mind that my belongings are protected. …

For our first time renting out a storage unit, it was an exceptional experience! The guys in the office were super nice and helpful when I went in to look at the units! When it came time to vacate the unit (due to husband opening a shop so it freed up our garage)the guy was also super nice!! I will definitely come back here for any of our storage or U-Haul needs! The units were clean and the atmosphere in the whole building is fresh and clean and very well kept!
Thank you for your review! We are thrilled to hear about your exceptional experience with our friendly staff, clean units, and top-notch security features. We look forward to welcoming you back for any future storage or U-Haul needs. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Shortly after I signed up for a lease I received a call from the manager, Chad, asking me if there was anything I needed help with. I had already been on the phone with his wife, Jenn, who was so kind and helpful with all my questions. I was so impressed with their promptness to help and make sure I was all set. The unit was very clean and I am happy that I chose to lease with My Storage.
Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Chad and Jenn! We strive to provide excellent customer service and a clean environment for our tenants. We appreciate your kind words and are thrilled to have you as part of the My Storage community.
