I can believe that this company is having reviews with 5 stars, according to my experience I would say that they have been written by the employees of the company. They are the most disgusting, incompetent and unprofessional moving company I have been dealing with in my life. They broke walls and tear flooring when picking up my stuff, after signing for the damages in the house, they try to deny they broke them.

It took over six weeks for Atlas Intermountain West to deliver our belongings after they were picked up even though we made reservations six weeks before the move. When Bonnie did the estimate for moving our household, I specifically asked if our things would stay on the trailer and be moved directly to our other house, and she said yes. I also asked if one of their drivers would be delivering the load, and she again said yes. But none of this happened.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. I apologize that you were not happy with the service or process.
InterWest moved me cross-country. This is my 4th large move, and I never have had a poor experience. This was different. I discounted the fact that things that were to have been shipped to location A, ended up in location B. I paid them around 9K for the cross country move, and another 9K for 18 months storage. The goods arrived at my home in early October, 2021, and the first item off the truck was an utterly destroyed 1700s Queen Anne Dominican Mahogany table (see photo).

Their driver on a semi truck on us-30 around 2:00 pm on Saturday the 2nd of August cut me off, while I was following the speed limit. And for miles and miles the truck was speeding at least 10-15 miles over the speed limit. Bad business

We just had a great packing up/storage experience with InterWest Moving and Storing of Idaho Falls. The estimate and communications prior and during the move kept us very aware of what to expect and when. Our team of five movers packed up our home over three days and were quick, efficient, polite and communicative. From the glassware to large pieces of furniture, they were extremely careful. I had 15 days to move- find a new home, find movers, pack, etc…I wanted someone reliable and I received so much more. I have been a sleepless stress case for a month and especially worse in the last two weeks. I had 3 of the BEST young men help with my move. They communicated, showed up exactly when they said they would, were kind and respectful, they asked how else they could help me, they made sure to ask for direction if someone wasn’t clearly marked as moving.

I didn't get the names of my movers, but they were so friendly, polite, clean and professional. They were actually packing up my son's things to move overseas and they had to pack everything from where we had put it in storage (an out building). It was cold and frosty work but they were good sports and got everything repacked and ready to go in no time. They came exactly when they said they would and were out in 1.5 hours. Super easy and seamless. Thank you!
