They communicated well at first. When the time came to pick up, they lost communication and kept pushing out excuses for times and then never showed. I have spent a week attempting to contact them and ask for a new date and they refuse to respond. When I left a review on Facebook, they blocked me. Poor customer service and rather than communicate problems in advance, they will ignore you. Do not recommend. Unfortunately it seems they started off great, but maybe got too big too fast and can’t take accountability.

They scammed me. Costco designed them to pickup a returned item. They failed to show, twice. They promised in writing to refund my uhaul. I rented a uhaul and dropped off the item myself. I sent them the proofs of costs, invoices. They have not refunded me. Also their original phone number mysteriously stopped working when I tried to reach them... Modern scam.

Made an appointment for pick up 3 weeks out to take place between 5-8 pm on specific days. Allot of communication to confirm date time etc. No call no show.

I have used this service twice and they’re great. I needed help with junk and donation removal from my house that I was selling in August of last year and again last weekend to remove furniture from a storage unit. Both services were needed in Pocatello. They showed up on time (during a short one hour window), & called me in advance to confirm as well as the day of with an ETA. They worked quickly and were nice and professional. Highly recommend Mother Truckers.

Mother Truckers responded to my request quickly and efficiently. I had a chair picked up from a store and delivered to my front door and placed right where I needed it. The delivery personnel were timely, efficient and very polite. I would highly recommend this company for their timliness, efficiency, professionalism. Perfect all around!

The men were absolutely wonderful. I had to have some books shelf delivered from The WareHouse in town. They gave me a window of when they would be here and the price so I could pay in cash. It was beautiful. The pieces arrived undamaged and the were able to get it in the basement without issue. Would highly recommend!
