If there was a way to give negative stars, I would! This place was the absolute worst! In one storage unit we found a total of 18 mice. They chewed holes through our boxes, pooped and peed over everything and ruined several of our belongings. I contacted the storage company three times and they did absolutely nothing! I do not recommend them.

Beware of frequent rate hikes. Local manger is nice and helpful...but can't do anything about the owners frequent rent increases. They get you in at a decent price, then just keep increasing. Mandatory insurance is also $15/month. The main gate is usually broken so make sure you have a good lock!

At first they were great, the storage unit is in good condition and it was gated so we felt like there was security. We were only being charged $129 for a decent sized unit (it was either 10X20 or 10x30) Then out of nowhere we get an email …

The facility is decent, but they've been bought by private equity so they lure you in with low intro rates and jack up the prices very quickly. My rate nearly doubled in one year, so am moving out because of that. Be weary of this place.

Towards the end of my contract with them, they got new owners and did not notify their tenants about it and has their website down for awhile and it was just a big mess. I ended up leaving and finding a better establishment.
They still charged after she moved out, Vicki said she wouldn't. It was pretty clean. Then she said she would charge another fee... Ridiculous. Take your business else where. Vicki lacks serious customer service.

The store manager, Vicki was amazingly helpful, patient and kind while answering all of my questions. It looks like a very secure facility as well. Having shopped around, I can say that their pricing is as much as 30% less than some other places. It really was best choice for my business needs. And it was easier to sign up than I expected. 👍👍 Vickiv just help me again. I needed another space for some personal items and she got all the paperwork taken care of quick and painless. Great
