The positive: their office staff were all friendly every time I interacted with them; they took a rough estimate of how much stuff I have in order to be better prepared; they got all my stuff moved in one day. The negative: essentially it boils down to charging extra for "professional" movers but the movers not actually acting professional. I've used movers many times over my adult life and I don't think they were worth the extra money. ~They estimated two trucks and four movers, decided they needed five.
Great hardworking guys that work fast. Price was fair, just had some confusion of what went where so now I got to go dig through my storage unit to find my missing boxes. Update boxes have not been found and all I’m told is that I can fill out a claims form, have to have pictures of everything, and their insurance company usually doesn’t cover it. So now I’m out all my sons clothes and both of my kids shoes but the ones they are wearing. Not real happy since I paid close to $4,000 for the move.

After I went back in my old house, once everything was pulled out, I realized one of the movers broke a cabinet door (absolutely NEVER said it was damaged beforehand, so obviously didn't bring it up to movers. It's clearly a clean one-time break in the photo), and no one owned up to it. Andrew, their employee, saw the photo I took of it and agreed it definitely was not at all damaged when they started.

Front of house quoting and their moving teams aren’t on the same page. Was quoted 3 hours for a two bed apartment, took 5 hours. The truck operators/movers do not care that we are paying them 2$ a minute. No sense of urgency, if promoted to move faster, they short their dolly loads and take more trips. Company is friendly and easy to work with. The picture they paint at the quote is not what the final product ends up being. Be prepared to add 1-3 hours over estimate.

At the end of the day, the house was moved. However, the quote was way off ($200 off) from what I was charged after all was said and done. I had to pay right then and there. I was not allowed to call the office before paying. The moving team was adamite that I pay immediately and resolve my quote after they left. Did call the office but no call back. Finally gave up. 0 out of 10, would not recommend.

We had scheduled with a different company who continually dropped the ball and in the end canceled our move. Thanks to BustNMoves and their team we were able to move when planned and everything went smoothly. The guys were quick, careful and respectful. Definitely recommend giving them a shot if you’re moving!!

We had the best experience with this company. Andrew and Jaden showed up on time and ready to work. These guys had 2 1/2 flights of stairs to go up and down, and never stopped. They used care in moving everything, and were very professional. We decided to have them move a few things we hadn’t planned on them moving. They were gracious and eager in taking on the task. Jamison and Chase helped me move some customer yesterday and they were an absolute delight to work with. As a fellow mover, it's pretty easy to spot when another moving company knows what they are doing and BustNMoves is the best of the best! They protect furniture well, are careful, and efficient.
