Sydnie was very unprofessional. Over priced units I pay half of what they are asking for in a secure facility that already has gates lighting and cameras. Look around town before trying to rent from them trust me I worked there.

They keep trying to raise the unit rates. Even if you have them less than 7 months. (1st post before response) New post below... 125.00 was your regular rate after the 4 month move in discount promotion discounts ended. Now you want to raise it to 144.00 per month, after only 3 months at the regular rate. I was hoping to get these cleared by this summer 2025, as they contain my in laws stuff we have to go through since both are gone now as of last Sept.. But due to your rate hike so soon, it will be much sooner.

Finally someone from this business is getting something done about my unit's door. Savanna, the new lady at the office, in two days has gotten someone to look and fix the door. The other lady, for six months has done nothing but lied to me …
Alan, thank you for your feedback. We are working on securing bids for the project. We have recently painted the facility and are refurbishing the units, especially the door and seals. Thank you for your patience. You will continue to see improvements to the property.
Recently updated this review that they gave me a discount to complete and give a five star review…they just upped my rent $8 dollars a month for what? They haven’t done anything to better the property…there’s still no fence as promised and …
Dustin, we are sorry you feel this way. Over the past 1year we have installed cameras, replaced 20 plus doors, fixed the concrete aprons in multiple locations, painted, fixed other doors and cleaned up the property. We also have multiple items to be updated or fixed in 2025.
There is no free month its only free to the first of the following month. They will also charge a $25 administrative fee. This property is very old and poorly maintained. It was purchased by a company who is very profit driven and whom …

Pocatello storage corner is amazing with a great staff. Kyle and another young lady who works there made the experience great. They were always helpful and they always stop by when I was at my storage to make sure everything was ok and up to standard. Cuddos to upper management for hiring a great staff. Very easy to rent on line. The young lady handled the process very well and quickly. We rented 3 units still have one. We have had no problems with the units and it's been very easy to rent and to check out of the units when we get them empty. Thank you Storage corner
