Horrible employees, mouse infestation, and stolen belongings!!! Worst experience of my life. First, moving in was a nightmare. I had reserved a U-Haul a couple weeks before my move and when I got there to pick it up, the employee said he dropped the ball and he gave it to someone else. He said he was quitting so he didn’t want to do his job. He tried to call the people he gave it to and, of course, no luck. I had to figure it all out myself to hunt a U-Haul down in town. The next nightmare was moving out.
Since Storageplus took over they have have increased our rates by $50 🤬🤬🤬 Forcing a $14 insurance coverage. We rent a non climate control unit. What am outrage!!! Will definitely be relocating!!!! …

Rates go up every year paying $72 for 8×8. Staff is alway great 5 star for them. Ownership raise the price's, thay don't have to talk to us just the staff. Short term not bad, long term don't do it.

They were a good place but raised the rent way too high. I had to sell lots of my precious things in order to save that money. Not happy.

I had a great experience with this storage facility! From the moment I signed up, the staff and management was very friendly, professional, and super helpful in finding the right unit for my needs. Thank you Sarah Dean! The property is always clean, well-lit, and feels very secure, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe. Access is easy and convenient, and I really appreciated how smooth the whole rental process was. The units themselves are in excellent condition and well-maintained.
i’m traveling across the country right now with very little space in my car and made a few days stop in pocatello to clear out my storage unit and end my contract. i had a kayak in the unit that i payed big money for, but no rack for it. after serious consideration, i decided to bite the bullet and leave it behind. when i told sarah, who was working, she did not accept this.
Have had a wonderful experience renting a unit here. Sarah, the manager, made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. She was welcoming and went out of her way to help me get into my storage unit asap. Definitely the best …
Amazing facility!! Sarah the manager is fantastic!! She worked with what I needed stored and helped to find the best space for me. The unit was very nice and stored my items amazingly.
