The facility was always clear, clean and accessible. The staff are courteous, immediately responsive and resolved problems quickly with follow through. I recommend this facility with a 10 out of 10.

Been a customer for a long time now. Since 2019. Facility is well maintained, and clean. I like that it is a secure facility. And they always let you know in advance if something is changing or going to be done differently.Last month I made a payment early, but I accidentally messed up on the account number, so it wasn't my account number I put in. (but still was still was able to pay on time). But the $15, I saw added to my bill was a return fee for nsf.

Great price. I had zero problems over a 2 year period. The gate always worked, my unit door never snagged, and we never had any break ins at our unit or ones nearby.
When I moved from a large house in Pocatello, ID to a smaller house in CA, I filled up 2 large storage units at H&H with the stuff I couldn't accomodate. 20 years later, I moved it out. The H&H staff was amazing. They worked with me …
