Kaden is dishonest, rude and disrespectful. He walked thru the house and gave me a quote for packing, hauling and unloading. Then on moving day, he brought in people who didn't know what they were doing including him. Said I don't like to go thru personal stuff, so I am not going to pack, when we discussed what the quote includes. Didn't wrap up/protect leather sofas and furniture. Just dumped them in the truck. He said he didn't know how to move a treadmill. Then he said he won't touch the washer and dryer.
After seeing so many great reviews I was anticipating great communication, but after doing a walk through I have been ghosted. Calls and texts get no response. Very disappointed as I wanted to use a local small business. Having to start my search over with less lead time on the move is not what I expected.
Never showed up. I was told to be 'on the schedule' but I was never offered a way to sign up for that schedule, nor was it ever mentioned on the phone call we had yesterday. very uncoordinated and unprofessional.
We attempted to schedule a time with this. Customer twice. However, they were unsure of when they were going to be ready. And wanted us to be on Standby, I told them to call me the next day at noon, and if I had a chance I would throw them in, he called me at 2 still didn't have a for sure time.
The lead mover who showed up to unload the truck was lazy and rude. Soon as he arrived it was apparent was looking for an excuse to walk off the job. Started to falsely claim items were over 300 lbs when they were not. When I asked for his …
They gave up on moving my large item. They did not believe me that it was a very item item. They still had the audacity to charge me even though they did not complete the job. Think twice before using them.
Here at moving professionals we pride ourselves on safety we showed up to this customer's house for a same day appointment to move a fridge. One of my team leads was injured on the move we had to take him to the hospital and we were not … More
Dishonest as can be. I gave them location of move and was quoted 180. Then when it came time to schedule it jumped to 700.
We have never done business for this person If there was a quoting miscommunication, I would love to get that issue resolved however I do not know who you are. Please contact me and let's get this issue resolved, thank you

I had such a great experience with Moving Professionals of Idaho! Melina, Kaden, Jessie, and Mitchell were absolutely amazing. They moved all of my belongings out of storage and into my new place quickly and efficiently. They were on time, professional, and had awesome personalities that made the whole process stress-free. You can tell they work really well together as a team. They handled everything with care and still managed to get the job done in just two hours!

These guys are amazing. We were left in a pinch the morning of the move, and after a phone call, within a couple of hours, we had two men from Moving Professionals of Idaho there. They were polite, hard-working, and talented. It was the best moving experience ever.
