Horrible experience with Busy Bee Movers. Had a short distance move and nothing was treated with respect, from old chests being broken to things getting lost, overall it was a horrid experience. We had a very old chest that is from the early 1900s and the hinges were bent when the company piled things on top of it when they knew that it wasn't strong seeing as how the leg was already broken off again by them as they put the leg in the chest. The second they got everything out of their trucks they immediately left.
Not sure about all these 5 star reviews but seems very sketchy. Inquired for a quote via form on their website. The next morning i get an email from a name and email address of a William, but the email said it was from a Mike. Then i get a text message from Mike "Call me about your move. If i dont hear from you by 8:40 I'm moving on to other customers". got that text at 8:32 in the morning. So if you want incredibly aggressive and rude sales people, might be the place for you.
Very unpleased. My sister recommended the busy bees service so we reached out and scheduled a time for the busy bees to unload a U-Haul. They were a no call, no show. Not reliable from my experience.
I have to say I am extremely disappointed, and I am writing this review as a warning. If you want to do business with this company, then it is imperative that you lock in the date. I talked to the owner of the company, and he was a very nice man, and I trusted him. I told him that I wanted to book his company for my move, and he would not take my booking on the spot. He said in his experience, too many things go wrong, and once I could confirm my closing date with him, he would then book me.
This truck parked here for over an hour, even though they were done loading out at least 30 minutes after they parked. No cars can back out or get through where they parked. Oblivious and inconsiderate. Unbelievable

I could not recommend this company enough. I have and will continue to tell everyone I know who needs movers, to call them. The owner (Bill) came out for the estimate, which was more than fair. They were very accommodating with dates (which kept changing since our closing kept changing) and they made it work at nearly a moments notice. When the crew came on moving day, we were truly amazed at their process, how well they worked and communicated together, and how nice and courteous each of them was.
Would highly recommend. Easy quote process, Matt Burkhart actually came out and did an on-site inspection for an accurate quote. 3 gentlemen showed up on time and ready to work. Were well mannered and efficient. Took great care of our items. Loaded and unloaded with ease. I was overcharged by an hour (mistakes happen) and when I brought it up to Matt, he wasted no time in issuing a refund. Would definitely recommend and use again for our next move. Thank you!
Absolutely loved working with Busy Bee Movers! They were incredibly efficient, professional, and somehow made moving fun—which I didn’t think was possible. The team worked fast, handled everything with care, and kept great energy the whole time. Zero stress, zero hassle. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, positive moving experience.
Amazing crew. They showed up early, and ready to go. They had all our furniture and boxes packed up on the truck within and hour. At the new apartment, they asked where everything should go and offered to move anything if I wanted it moved. The final price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone who has to move. 10/10
