I’m really disappointed with how this place is being run lately. I’ve been a long-term customer and always had a smooth experience, but the manager has become unbelievably rude. My husband and I rent a large unit and for years we’ve taken …
We reserve U-Haul all the time. We wouldn't recommend this location at all. We had 2 concerns. Firstly, They recorded wrong return times(which can happen), and so we called back. Cynthia(the person on the phone) checked the video recordings and assured me that she would fix it. No problems there. However, our second concern was that we were charged twice for the gas (2 gallons and 5 gallons) for one reservation. She said we were short by 5 gallons, which is fair enough.
Got a storage unit here about a month ago because it is the closest place to my house. I had prepaid at my other storage facility through the end of this month but I intended to move my boat here as well. I just went in to get a spot and this place is a disaster. Most of the spots have trailers way larger than the spaces and sticking way out. Not trying to squeeze in somewhere with zero regard for regulation and safety of peoples property.

Been renting here awhile now and they just sent me an email stating that due to rising cost of living they are now DOUBLING the cost of rent here. Not just a 10,20 or even 30 dollar rent increase but literally doubling it. Yeah no thanks. I will be moving out of here and going to a different storage facility with actual competitive pricing.
