Do not hire this company -- and do NOT trust these 5-star reviews! The movers use some weird crazy intimidation tactics to get these reviews. My roommate and I were fooled by these reviews into thinking we'd get an affordable, smooth move with Evan’s team. But it was a nightmare—stressful, overpriced, and downright uncomfortable. THE ONLY POSITIVE: -- Our stuff was wrapped and (mostly) transported safely, in 99-degree heat. One glass tumbler broke but the rest was fine.

Double-move did a fantastic job. They worked hard for over 5 hours moving furniture, art, and boxes to two different locations in Arden-Arcade and Citrus Heights. They were careful, polite, and helpful the entire time. Daniel let me know when they would arrive and was clear about the cost up front. I would absolutely hire them again for my next move. I've used several moving companies recently, but these guys were the best.
