I normally do not give a business one star Review ever and if I don’t have anything nice to say I just walk away. But I do want to say something about this business. I felt like we were ripped off. We almost paid two grand. And the workers had the audacity to ask if we wanted to add a tip on top of that. I thought that was very unprofessional. They charged extra money to move our bed Washer, dryer fridge and two dressers and couches.

Double Move is the worst communication company i have ever tried talking to. They always hang up. They never call back. They dont explain what's going on. Its been a month and I haven't received my stuff. No one is telling me what's going on. When I ask for a discount they hang up on me. No one should wait forever to get their stuff. Its not right. I didnt even receive a contract. They are not professional business to go with. If you want a bad, lousy business to handle your stuff this company is for you.

I had an outstanding experience with Double Move Moving Company today. Both members of the team were professional, friendly, & incredibly efficient from start to finish. They completed my entire move in just over 4 hours from Central Roseville to West Roseville, including unloading into a two-story home. They handled several heavy & challenging items without issue, including a treadmill, three TVs, multiple nightstands, a dresser, & all of my bedroom, bathroom, & kitchen belongings.

Excellent experience with Double Moving LLC! Vlad, Vatr, and Vlagimia helped move furniture from storage and did a great job. Communication was excellent, scheduling was easy, and they arrived right on time as promised. They were professional, efficient, and handled all of the furniture with care. I had a moving company prior that was lazy and didn’t want to do the job and even said they couldn’t do it the following Monday because it was their bday . I chose to go to a different moving company and Damien and Alex came the same day smiles on their faces ready for the challenge and had to go up 3 flights of stairs . Very fast and had everything I needed and even went the extra mile and fixed my dog cage .
