Convenient location, but the rats!! So many rats! Thank God I had insurance on my unit. They destroyed so many things. Facility doesn't care. Pulling out asap. UPDATE: As we are finding a new location, our unit was targeted and broke into. Mind you we are on the SECOND Floor! Their cameras, according to the newest manager, haven't worked ... period! But, just in MY unit. Umm.. ok
if you have a locker here you need to go check your stuff entire lockers have been emptied out and the locks were not cut and were locked when the renter opened it other locks had been removed and put on backwards the gate has been left open and the cameras have been moved to film the sky.
They charged me for time i didnt get ,Left my unit locked on the weekend I. Needed to move,Didint answer calls ,offered no compensation! Terrible customer service here

My move in experience was great .. Derik was very informative and had a personality. I got a climate controlled unit but it didn’t seem like there was any air in there at all. Could of just been me but the climate controlled storage I just left you at least you knew that it was cooling off the area . it’s going to be getting really hot here soon so I surely hope the temperature gets cooler were my unit is
